Detpak is the dynamic sales and marketing arm of the Detmold Group, created to specifically service the needs of the food industry.  The Global Brands & Corporate Accounts division was formed to specially service the Detpak globally recognised Quick Service Restaurant customer group.

About our Opportunity

We have several opportunities for focused, pro-active, candidates who have a passion for delivering excellence in customer service to join our growing business in Account Coordinator roles based in Adelaide.  These roles will suit experienced Customer Service Representatives who are able to think on their feet, are solution focused, and would like to understand the impact that they make for the success of our customers and our business.

Working as an integral member of our team, key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency for nominated key accounts in a timely manner
  • Working closely with our Business Managers, to provide the crucial support for delivering the day-to-day needs of our customer base
  • Coordinating services to nominated key accounts and providing the support and back up for service delivery across the Global Brands & Corporate Accounts portfolio
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate on time delivery of goods to all Global Brands & Corporate Accounts customers
  • Proactively addressing customer concerns and requests, developing solutions that demonstrate the Detpak promise of delivering quality, value and service
  • Providing superior customer service to new and existing Global Brands & Corporate Accounts and developing significant relationships with these key customers
  • Promoting the organisation’s products and services to customers through all interactions and telephone contact
  • Supporting the new product development enquiry process, including samples management, though managing artwork transition, mock-ups and concepts

To be successful you will have previous experience in a similar or customer service role with a focus on delivering excellence in service. Your customer focused approach will ensure your success, as will your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
